Vietnam bridal atelier · Ho Chi Minh City → United States
Send your wedding date, delivery state, dress references, and fit concerns. Vi reviews whether the direction is realistic before payment is discussed.
USA Orders
Vi works with brides across the United States — New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, and smaller cities. Most begin with a WhatsApp message or an inspiration form: wedding date, delivery state, dress references, and main fit concerns.
The dress is made in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Once deposit and measurements are confirmed, atelier production usually takes 8–12 weeks. US brides should plan for consultation, production, shipping, and a local alteration window after delivery.
Before a quote
No payment is required to start the conversation. Vi reviews feasibility before payment is discussed.
Silhouette, fabric direction, structure, fit concerns, timeline, and delivery state are reviewed before a quote is issued.
The production deposit is requested only after the dress direction and scope are confirmed in writing, with milestones and official payment instructions included.
Measurements can be confirmed three ways: a live WhatsApp video call with Vi, a local tailor or helper who sends numbers for Vi's review, or an in-person appointment at Vi's private studio in Ho Chi Minh City. Fabric is not cut until measurements are confirmed.
Final QC photos or video are shared before final balance and dispatch. You review the gown on the stand before payment is requested.
Cases
One US case on record: Mikado silk and tulle, fabric proof, QC video, and FedEx delivery.

Remote and in-person support
Vi flags fit risks early and designs with post-delivery alteration in mind where relevant. If small changes are needed after delivery, send try-on photos or a short video before visiting a local tailor so Vi can point out what to discuss.
Questions
No. US brides can work with Vi remotely from inquiry through to shipping. Brides visiting Ho Chi Minh City can book an appointment at Vi's private studio — measurements, fabric samples, and design consultation in one visit. Finished work from previous orders can be seen on request. By appointment only. After production, brides can book an appointment to try on and collect the finished dress in Ho Chi Minh City.
Transit from Ho Chi Minh City to most US states takes 7–14 business days from dispatch, subject to courier routing and customs clearance. Tracking is shared once the courier confirms dispatch. Allow additional time for delivery and local alterations after the dress arrives.

Vietnam is UTC+7, so it runs ahead of US time zones (EST UTC-5, CST UTC-6, MST UTC-7, PST UTC-8). Most communication is handled within 24–48 hours via WhatsApp, so the time difference rarely delays the process significantly.
US brides should start at least 4 months before the wedding. That covers consultation and measurement confirmation, 8–12 atelier weeks of production, 7–14 business days of shipping transit, and a buffer for local alterations. For lace, beading, heavy embellishment, or complex silhouettes, 5 months is safer.
