Wedding dress Vietnam
If you are comparing Vietnam bridal ateliers from abroad, look past price first. The safer question is whether the maker can explain scope, measurements, QC, shipping, and fit limits before payment.
The dress is planned around your brief, measurements, fabric direction, and timeline before atelier work begins in Vietnam.
Inspiration photos guide the direction, but the final gown is quoted and built as a custom VI Dressmakers piece.
International brides should expect written scope, measurement review, useful progress updates, and final QC before dispatch.
Production weeks, courier time, delivery, try-on, and small local alterations should be planned separately.

After you send inspiration
From inquiry to shipping, each checkpoint is clarified before the dress moves forward: quote, measurements, production, final QC, and dispatch.
01
Share your wedding date, delivery city and country, inspiration, and dress direction. Vi replies to all inquiries within 24 hours on WhatsApp. No payment is required to start the conversation.
02
Vi reviews your style, fit concerns, and timeline, then sends a written quote with design direction, payment milestones, and what is included.
03
Measurements can be confirmed three ways: a live WhatsApp video call with Vi, a local tailor or helper who sends numbers for Vi's review, or an in-person appointment at Vi's private studio in Ho Chi Minh City. Fabric is not cut until measurements are confirmed.
04
Your gown moves into production, with updates on structure, fabric, lace or beading, and finishing where applicable. Production takes a minimum of 6 weeks; most orders take 8–12 weeks depending on complexity.
05
Final QC photos or video are shared before final balance and dispatch.
06
After final balance, shipped orders are packed with tracking where available. Brides in Ho Chi Minh City can collect in person — try on, settle final payment, and take the dress home.

Send your wedding date or month, delivery city and country, dress references or links, preferred silhouette, fabric or detail notes, and main fit concerns. A short first brief is enough for Vi to review direction.
Inspiration images are used as design direction, not as an exact order request. Vi reviews references, fit needs, fabric direction, structure, and timeline before confirming whether the direction is realistic.
No. Start with your wedding date, delivery city and country, inspiration, and fit concerns. Measurements are reviewed after the design direction and written quote details are clear.
Yes. The process supports brides ordering from abroad with remote measurements, private studio consultation in Ho Chi Minh City, or post-QC pickup. Vi still confirms the written quote, measurements, production check-ins as needed, final QC photos or video, and international shipping support.
Yes. VI Dressmakers is a Vietnam bridal atelier in Ho Chi Minh City. Vi reviews the brief, scope, measurements, materials, and proof checkpoints before the dress moves through production and final QC.
Production takes a minimum of 6 weeks and usually 8–12 weeks after deposit and confirmed measurements. Most international brides plan 3–4 months total. For lace, beading, or complex structure, 4–5 months is safer.
Pricing is confirmed after Vi reviews the design scope. Silhouette, fabric, bodice structure, lace or beading, train, timeline, and shipping requirements affect the quote.
There are three options: a live WhatsApp video call where Vi guides you through each point, measuring with a local tailor or helper and sending the numbers to Vi, or booking an in-person appointment at Vi's private studio in Ho Chi Minh City. If a number looks inconsistent, Vi asks for a recheck before production continues.
Yes. Brides visiting Ho Chi Minh City can book an appointment at Vi's private studio — measurements, fabric samples, and design consultation in one visit. Finished work from previous orders can be seen on request. By appointment only. After production, brides can book an appointment to try on and collect the finished dress in Ho Chi Minh City.
No. Remote measurement review helps reduce fit risk, but it cannot remove every fit risk. Small local alterations may still be needed after delivery, especially for hem, bust, waist, strap, or bustle adjustments.
No payment is required to start the conversation. Payment is discussed after Vi reviews feasibility and sends a written quote with design direction, payment milestones, and what is included.
