01 / 5 questions
Start & quote
What to send first, how Vi reviews the brief, and how pricing is confirmed.
What should I send in my first inquiry?
Send your wedding date or month, delivery city and country, inspiration images or links, preferred silhouette, fit concerns, and any budget range you want considered.
A short brief is enough. Vi reviews feasibility before payment is discussed.
What happens after I submit the consultation form?
Vi reviews your wedding date or month, delivery city and country, dress brief, inspiration, and main fit concerns.
If the order looks feasible, she confirms the next questions, quote direction, timeline, and order steps in writing. No payment is required to submit the form.
Can you work from inspiration images?
Yes. Inspiration images are used as design direction, not as an exact order request.
Vi reviews the references, fit needs, fabric direction, structure, and timeline before confirming what can be made or adjusted.
Do you copy designer dresses exactly?
No. Inspiration images explain direction, but each gown is reviewed as a custom VI Dressmakers piece.
Vi adapts silhouette, proportion, fabric direction, structure, and details to what is realistic for your body, timeline, and budget.
How is pricing quoted?
Pricing is confirmed after Vi reviews the design scope.
Silhouette, fabric, bodice structure, lace or beading, train, timeline, and shipping requirements affect the quote. The quote or quote range is confirmed in writing before any production deposit is requested.
02 / 3 questions
Measurement review
How online custom wedding dress ordering, measurements, and post-delivery alterations are handled.
How does online custom wedding dress ordering work?
Vi reviews your brief first: silhouette, fabric direction, structure, fit needs, delivery city and country, and wedding timeline.
Next, you complete the guided measurement checklist. Fabric is not cut until remote fitting review is complete.
The dress is made at the Vietnam atelier. Progress updates are shared where useful. Final QC photos or video are shared before final balance and dispatch.
How do measurements work remotely?
You receive a guided measurement checklist and instructions for the points your gown needs.
Most brides ask someone to help measure. If a number looks inconsistent, Vi asks for a recheck, photo, short video, or clarification before production continues.
What if I need local alterations after delivery?
Remote fitting support reduces fit risk through measurement review, but it cannot replace every in-person fitting.
Small local alterations may still be needed after delivery, especially for hem, strap, bust, waist, or bustle adjustments.
03 / 4 questions
Timeline & delivery
Production timing, rush reviews, international shipping, and tracking.
How long does production take?
Atelier production usually takes about 8–12 weeks after measurements and fit details are confirmed.
With consultation, review, QC, dispatch, and possible local alterations, international brides should usually plan around 3–5 months. Starting 4–6 months before the wedding is safer.
Can I order if my wedding is less than 3 months away?
Possibly, but rush timelines are reviewed case by case.
Share your wedding date, required delivery date, delivery city and country, and dress complexity in the first message. Vi can then confirm whether the timeline is realistic before quoting.
Do you ship internationally?
We arrange international shipping with tracked courier options where available. Estimated delivery depends on destination, courier, customs, and local handling.
Will I receive tracking after dispatch?
Tracking is shared where available after final balance, shipping details, and dispatch are confirmed.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local delivery charges vary by destination and are the bride’s responsibility unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
04 / 4 questions
Payments & refunds
Payment methods, milestones, refund limits, and official payment checks.
What payment methods are available?
Payment methods may include international bank transfer (USD) and Secure Online Payment (Card Supported).
Payment instructions are shared after consultation, written quote, and confirmed next steps. The order remains custom-made for your measurements and design direction. The same production-deposit policy applies once production is scheduled or custom work has started.
Most confirmed custom-made bridal orders use two milestones: production deposit, then final balance before dispatch after final QC photos or video.
How can I verify official payment instructions?
Only trust payment instructions sent from [email protected] or +84 94 346 6897.
Payment is requested only after consultation, written quote, and confirmed next steps. Every payment request should match your written quote or invoice: invoice number, amount, currency, milestone, and official channel.
If any payment request looks different, ask us to confirm your order summary in writing before paying.
What should I know about payment methods?
Payment instructions are shared after consultation, written quote, and confirmed next steps. Available methods are international bank transfer (USD) and Secure Online Payment (Card Supported).
The production-deposit policy still applies once work is scheduled or started.
What happens if I cancel after paying the production deposit?
Because each dress is made for one bride, the production deposit is generally non-refundable once the order is scheduled, materials are prepared or purchased, fabric is cut, or custom work has started.
If you need to pause or cancel, contact VI Dressmakers as soon as possible. We can confirm the order stage and whether unfinished work can be paused. Committed custom work and materials are not refunded.
Need an answer for your dress?
Send your wedding date, delivery city and country, dress brief, and main concern. Vi will review feasibility before confirming next steps.
