Send your wedding date, delivery state, references, and fit concerns. Vi checks whether the direction is realistic before a written quote or payment is discussed.
Australia Orders
Vi works with brides in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and regional areas across Australia. Most contact us via WhatsApp and begin with a brief — dress references, wedding date, delivery state, and main fit concerns.
The dress is made in Ho Chi Minh City. Once deposit and measurements are confirmed, production usually takes 8–12 atelier weeks. Australian brides should plan for consultation, production, shipping, and a small local alteration window after delivery.
Before a quote
No payment is required to start the conversation. Vi reviews feasibility before payment is discussed.
Silhouette, fabric direction, structure, fit concerns, timeline, and delivery state are reviewed before a quote is issued.
Production deposit is requested only after the dress direction is confirmed in writing, with scope, milestones, and payment instructions included.
Measurements can be confirmed three ways: a live WhatsApp video call with Vi, a local tailor or helper who sends numbers for Vi's review, or an in-person appointment at Vi's private studio in Ho Chi Minh City. Fabric is not cut until measurements are confirmed.
Final QC photos or video are sent before final balance and dispatch. You review the dress on the stand before payment is requested.

Remote and in-person support
Ordering from Australia works well when dress direction, measurements, and expectations are clear before production starts.
Vi flags fit risks early and designs with post-delivery alteration in mind where relevant. If small changes are needed after delivery, send try-on photos or a short video before visiting a local tailor so Vi can point out what to discuss.
Questions
No. Australian brides can work with Vi remotely from inquiry through to shipping. Brides visiting Ho Chi Minh City can book an appointment at Vi's private studio — measurements, fabric samples, and design consultation in one visit. Finished work from previous orders can be seen on request. By appointment only. After production, brides can book an appointment to try on and collect the finished dress in Ho Chi Minh City.
DHL and FedEx express reach most major Australian cities within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Australia Post international air usually takes 5–7 business days. Regional areas may take a few days longer. Allow time for try-on and any local alterations after the dress arrives.
Shipping is arranged door-to-door. The confirmed shipping cost covers courier transit, import handling, and delivery to your address. No additional charges on arrival.
Vietnam is UTC+7. Australia has multiple time zones: AEST (UTC+10), ACST (UTC+9:30), AWST (UTC+8). Most WhatsApp communication is handled over 24–48 hours, so time zone difference rarely affects the process.
Yes. Delivery state and city are reviewed during consultation. Some couriers have longer delivery windows for regional areas, which Vi factors into the timeline review.
Australian brides should start at least 3 months before the wedding. That covers consultation and measurement review, 8–12 atelier weeks of production, courier transit, and a short buffer for local alterations after delivery. For lace, beading, heavy embellishment, long trains, or complex silhouettes, 4+ months is safer.
